hi im not sure but if u open this in the and press run.bat if should probably start to run if the server is offline it says connecting to update server or something like that anyways u shud try open ur WINRAR where u did extract elements pk its called: ElementsPK-V1.zip than in that .zip is a map called elementspk 525 open it and try to run.bat from in the winrar file maybe it works
